Measure your hoses head while bridled. Start from where the headstall loops into the bit, measure around the back of the head to the same spot on opposite side.

We team rope, cowboy, you name it in these and they fit perfectly always! 
The string ear is fully adjustable, just pull tighter or looser depending on your horses ear. Does not clamp or pressure the ear! I swear by these. 
Backed with latigo to resist horse sweat and dirt.
