Deposits are non refundable.

Any damage you do to a piece is not my responsibility. Repairs are made at my discretion. I ONLY repair my own work.

If you do not respond to messages in a reasonably timely manner, messages will be deleted. You have two week after requesting to place and order to follow through with any order information. If I do not hear back from you within this time frame, I delete our messages to clear my inbox as I receive many messages. If you aren't readily communicative, I assume you aren't serious about placing an order.

Extensive design edits, order rescheduling, changing anything within your order after initial discussion is subject to fees or order cancelation by me. I try to be as gracious as I can but tire kickers take a lot of time an energy. I'm happy to make some adjustments, work with you, I try to be understanding, but after a certain point, I have to protect my time.

All images, designs, ext. are Copywritten to me. Untheorized use will be subject to legal ramifications.
